About The awards
Herbert College of Agriculture Distinguished Alumnus Award
The Herbert College Distinguished Alumnus Award is presented annually to a graduate (at least ten years) of the Herbert College of Agriculture or its predecessors, the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources or the College of Agriculture, for outstanding achievement in the academic or corporate community and/or noteworthy public service, which have brought distinction to the graduate and the University of Tennessee.
College of Veterinary Medicine Distinguished Alumnus Award
The College of Veterinary Medicine Distinguished Alumnus Award is presented annually to a graduate in three categories: Private Practice, Non-Private Practice, and First Decade Achievement.
