Companion Animal Memorial Program

Companion, friend, giver of unconditional love

To most pet owners, pets are not just a dog, a cat, or a bird, they are a part of their family. They are a source of happiness and comfort — a true companion. A donation to the Companion Animal Fund at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine is a way to honor your patients who have passed away.

FOR VETERINARY PRACTICES ONLY
You may enter memorial information for up to 10 pets per transaction. Suggested minimum donation is $10 per pet memorial. Note that you must provide the following information about each pet — name, owner, and address. If you have questions, please contact 865-974-5549 or mmyers@utfi.org.

UT’s College of Veterinary Medicine uses your memorial gifts to help solve the many medical problems of companion animals. Through clinical studies, we can develop improved health care for companion animals, not only adding to their quality of life, but also bringing peace of mind and relief to their loving owners.

For each memorial received, Dean Jim Thompson will write a letter to the pet’s family indicating that a memorial gift has been made by your practice to the Companion Animal Fund at UTCVM.
